Our main types of work are for government (both commonwealth and state), other builders, corporate clients, developers, real estate agents, property managers and owners. MARK SCHOLZ is a Renovator / Builder and painting contractor by trade. Starting in 1976 we do Interior and Exterior [ Building Renovations, Alterations, Extensions ,Maintenance & general repairs, wall and floor tiling, painting and decorating, property maintenance, roof restorations and Render Texture coating ] to Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors.
